Club Information
Birdhouse Club Ultimate Frisbee
The Marquette Ultimate Frisbee Club was founded in the Fall of 2000. Throughout recent years, the club has rebranded under the name of Birdhouse. Birdhouse is open to all Marquette University students regardless of skill level. We are proud to have a no-cut policy and will work with everyone to develop them to the best of their ability. Birdhouse prides itself on strong sense of brotherhood and community within the team. Birdhouse can always be heard on the sidelines during tournaments with cheers, songs, and random words. We travel to 4-5 tournaments a semester both in and out of state. We typically practice 2-3 times per week throughout the school year.
In the fall semester, we typically practice at King Park. King Park is located just a few blocks north of campus. An easy way to get to King Park is to take 15th street north past Highland Ave and then you will arrive there.
In the winter months, we practice in the dome or outside at Valley Fields. Valley Fields is owned by Marquette University and located a few blocks south of campus. An easy way to get there is to walk south on the 16th street bridge and then exit the bridge on the stairs leading to Canal St.
